TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
We offer mounting, repair and servicing of diesel engines manufactured by MAN Diesel&Turbo and other makers such as Sulzer, Wartsila, SKL, Pielstick, MAK, Deutz, Yanmar, Kobe Diesel, Daihatsu, etc.
The range of engines supported by BSD PRIME SERVICE LIMITED includes main and auxiliary marine diesel engines as well as industrial and stationary diesels. We carry out repairs and maintenance of turbochargers produced by MAN Diesel&Turbo, ABB, Mitsubishi, KBB, Napier and Penzadieselmash.
Our mobile teams consist of trained personnel having a many year experience of practice at ship-repairing companies and in the fleet. The technicians are equipped with mobile repair tools of Chris-Marine, Bosch and other makers. This enables to implement prompt diagnostics and treatment of assembly unit components during the repair works in-situ onboard the vessel.

SCOPE OF REPAIR WORKS
Our specialists are ready to implement the following scope of works:
general overhauls of diesel engines, including scheduled maintenance;
- alignment of cylinder-piston group components and units of movement (crankshafts, camshafts, etc.);
- restoration of geometry of main / crankpin journals;
- repair of turbochargers, restoration of designed thermo-technical parameters thereof;
- adjustment of fuel equipment;
- reconditioning of maintainable components;
- adjustment and testing of diesel engines;
- optimization of fuel process (matching within the complex “propeller – hull – diesel engine – turbocharger”);
- overhauling of engine components;
troubleshooting and emergency repair works.
DELIVERY OF SPARE PARTS
We deliver spare parts for diesel engines and turbochargers of original manufacture (MAN Diesel&Turbo, Zollern BHW, MAN Nutzfahrzeuge A.G.) as well as the parts produced by approved licensees.
